Cherry Hill Dog Park
By booking a session at Cherry Hill Dog Park, you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of the Park
-
Your booking gives you private use of the park for your allocated time only.

Please do not enter before your time slot.
-
Please leave promptly at the end of your session so the next user can enter safely.
-
Arrivals and departures must happen within your booked time (25 or 50 minutes includes parking, walking, and leaving).
-
If someone is still inside when your slot begins, please wait outside and contact us if needed. Use the passing point at the bottom of the avenue if needed and be considerate to private home owners.

Parking outside of the Dog Park is not permitted.

Cherry Hill Dog Park reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if these terms are not followed.
2. Your Responsibility
-
You are fully responsible for your dog(s) and anyone attending with you.
-
Dogs must remain on a lead until the gate is fully closed, and back on a lead before opening the gate to leave.
-
Children must be supervised at all times.
-
A maximum of two vehicles are permitted per time slot.
-
You use the park entirely at your own risk.
3. Cleanliness & Care of the Park

All dog waste must be picked up and placed in the bins provided.
-
Please take all litter and toys home with you.
-
Do not allow your dog to dig holes.
-
Report any damage to us as soon as possible.
-
Equipment must not be removed from the park.
-
Any deliberate damage may result in charges and suspension from future bookings.
-
Failure to leave the park clean may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Safety Rules
-
No smoking, BBQs, fires, or glass bottles on site.
-
Wear suitable footwear — this is a grass field and may be muddy or slippery.
-
Agility or play equipment should only be used if your dog is capable and safe to do so.
-
Equipment may be slippery in wet or icy conditions — use common sense.
-
No harsh handling of dogs. Shock collars and choke collars are not permitted.
-
Cherry Hill Dog Park accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, theft, or damage to people, dogs, vehicles, or belongings.
5. Dog Health Requirements
-
Dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with flea, tick, and worm treatment.
-
Do not attend if your dog (or another pet in your household) has shown signs of illness within the last 48 hours.
-
If your dog is unwell (vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy etc.), do not visit.
-
If sickness occurs during your visit, please clean it thoroughly.
-
We cannot accept responsibility for illness that may occur after visiting.
-
We strongly recommend that all dogs have appropriate third-party liability insurance.
6. Restricted & Banned Breeds

If your dog is subject to UK breed restrictions (including XL Bully types and other listed breeds), you must:

Have valid public liability insurance
-
Comply with current UK legal requirements (including microchipping and neutering where required)

You are fully responsible for complying with the law.
7. Bookings & Payments
-
All bookings must be made and paid for online.
-
Payment secures your time slot.
-
Gate access details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
-
Gate codes must not be shared.
-
Late arrivals must still leave at the end of the booked time.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will receive a refund.
-
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
-
No refunds for no-shows.
-
No refunds due to weather conditions.
-
If we need to close the park unexpectedly, affected bookings will be refunded or rescheduled.
-
Refunds may take several working days to process.
9. Business Use
-
If you wish to use the park for professional services (e.g., dog training), please contact us before booking. Business rates and proof of insurance will apply.
10. Emergencies

In a serious emergency, call 999.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes.

Payments are processed securely through Wix. We do not store full card details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review them each time you book.

Cherry Hill Dog Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not follow these terms, without refund.
